Message from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, AUN Executive Director.

On behalf of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), it is my great pleasure to warmly welcome ASEAN students, member universities, and partners to the ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS) website. ACTS has allowed students across ASEAN to explore regional and global learning opportunities through academic mobility and exchange. This platform serves as a central gateway providing information on student exchange opportunities, application procedures, participating universities, and available courses and scholarships within the ACTS framework.

In today’s rapidly evolving world, student mobility becomes increasingly significant in building regional growth. Experiences gained through mobility programmes equip students with the knowledge, adaptability, and collaborative mindset needed to address shared challenges, from sustainability and digital transformation to inclusive and sustainable development.

Student mobility is a powerful engine for ASEAN’s future, encouraging students to gain new perspectives, develop intercultural understanding, and build meaningful networks across borders. Through the ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS) and ASEAN University Network Member Universities work together to facilitate credit transfer and simplify mobility processes, allowing students to pursue enriching academic experiences across the region. Beyond regional exchange, ACTS also serves as a bridge connecting ASEAN with the wider global academic community, fostering collaboration and creating opportunities for students to engage with diverse cultures, ideas, and innovations.

I encourage all students to view mobility not only as an academic opportunity, but also as a pathway to leadership. Through these experiences, you will be well positioned to contribute to ASEAN’s continued integration, cooperation, and global competitiveness.

I invite you to explore this website and encourage students and partner institutions to make full use of the resources and opportunities available through the ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS). The platform is designed to guide and support your mobility journey with the hope of seeing more ASEAN students connect, collaborate, and grow through this important regional platform.

Message from Fadhilah Muslim, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., DIC., Chair of the AUN-ACTS Secretariat.

It is a pleasure for me to join AUN Executive Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, in welcoming all of you to the official website of “ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS).”

As we are aiming together at the integration of ASEAN, member universities under the umbrella of ASEAN University Network (AUN) shall jointly support their students to become the actors who bring out the spirit of ASEAN, while promoting harmony and understanding in the region. Therefore, international exposure of students should be one of the priorities. Through students’ mobility among AUN member universities, we can reach the goal. And ACTS is the student-centered system that will encourage students’ mobility and exchange in ASEAN.

The official website of ACTS is designed to make the procedures of students’ mobility among AUN member universities be a simple and efficient ones. Not only that the application can be done on-line, but students can also check the courses available for them in each member university of AUN. In addition, information on scholarships for students’ mobility is also available in this website.

Universitas Indonesia is proud to be given the opportunity to serve as the secretariat for “ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS).” With the full cooperation from AUN Secretariat and member universities, Universitas Indonesia as the secretariat of ACTS, is ready to support the mobility of students among ASEAN countries, as our contribution to the international exposure and knowledge transfer of ASEAN students.
