Student mobility is a powerful engine for ASEAN’s future, encouraging students to gain new perspectives, develop intercultural understanding, and build meaningful networks across borders. Through the ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS) and ASEAN University Network Member Universities work together to facilitate credit transfer and simplify mobility processes, allowing students to pursue enriching academic experiences across the region. Beyond regional exchange, ACTS also serves as a bridge connecting ASEAN with the wider global academic community, fostering collaboration and creating opportunities for students to engage with diverse cultures, ideas, and innovations.

Message from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadhilah Muslim, Chair of the AUN-ACTS Secretariat.

On behalf of the AUN-ACTS Secretariat, it is a pleasure for me to join AUN Executive Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, in welcoming ASEAN students, member universities, and partners to the official website of the “ASEAN Credit Transfer System (ACTS).”

In line with AUN’s vision, as we collectively strive toward a more integrated ASEAN, member universities under the ASEAN University Network (AUN) play a crucial role in empowering students to become active contributors to regional growth. Student mobility, as highlighted, is not only an academic opportunity but also a transformative experience that nurtures adaptability, intercultural understanding, and a collaborative mindset. Through mobility and exchange, students are better equipped to address shared challenges and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable ASEAN community.

ACTS, as a student-centered platform, serves as a key enabler in this journey by facilitating academic mobility and simplifying credit transfer processes among AUN member universities. It opens pathways for students to access diverse learning opportunities, while strengthening connections across institutions and countries. We strongly encourage all AUN-ACTS member universities to actively participate in and contribute to this initiative, ensuring that ACTS continues to grow as a dynamic and inclusive platform for student exchange.

The ACTS website is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for users. Students can easily access information on exchange opportunities, application procedures, participating universities, as well as available courses and scholarships.
